The UK Prime Minister will push supporting countries to supply Ukraine with further extended-range weaponry to strike Moscow's positions during discussions in the UK capital on this Friday.

Sir Keir will host President Volodymyr Zelensky alongside what's known as "alliance of supportive nations", including over twenty of supporting nations who have agreed to grant Kyiv security guarantees once hostilities pause is negotiated.

Zelensky has been pleading for several weeks for additional extended-range systems from the West, a step that Moscow has stated would worsen the war.

President Zelensky is travelling from Belgium, where he met European representatives on Thursday seeking financial support.

"The sole individual engaged in this conflict who does not want to stop the fighting is Vladimir Putin," Starmer stated.

Britain's leader furthermore announce that a hundred additional anti-aircraft missiles will be supplied to Ukraine ahead of schedule, as detailed in a multi-billion pound agreement struck between the UK and the Ukrainian government in spring.

International Support

Ukraine's leader travels off the back of important international achievements recently: Donald Trump's decision to enact further sanctions against the Russian government, and EU nations deciding to support a Ukrainian budget hole.

Sir Keir will urge leaders to ramp up the provision of extended-range systems following an effective attack on a manufacturing site in Bryansk, the Russian Federation, using Britain-delivered advanced weaponry.

"And his depraved strikes on young children in a daycare this week demonstrate that crystal clear," he added.

Several minors were part of a minimum of seven killed in a wave of Russian strikes on Ukraine, which hit a preschool facility in the second biggest city Ukraine's second city.

Budgetary Negotiations

Sir Keir will discuss with partner nations on how to remove Russian oil and gas out of worldwide commerce.

The participants will furthermore consider using blocked Russian resources to offer Kyiv with financial loans, though the plan experienced insufficient agreement and regulatory obstacles at the EU conference on Thursday.

European Union stopped short of approving to a proposal to employ as much as €140 billion in seized Russian resources to monetarily assist Kyiv's finances.

Nevertheless, the participants decided to help support Ukraine's "financial needs" for the upcoming biennium.
